These Terms & Conditions (AGB – Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen) govern the use of SaunaAdventures.com and the purchase of any products or services offered by Sauna Adventures, operating under Web Aptitude, LLC.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services (Leistungsumfang)
Sauna Adventures provides the following services:
✔ Wellness Retreats & Travel Experiences
✔ Workshops & Online Courses
✔ Digital Products (E-books, PDFs, Guides)
All services and products are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee specific results from any of our services.
3. Prices & Payment Terms (Preise & Zahlungsbedingungen)
All prices listed on our website include applicable VAT (if required by law).
We accept payments via:
✔ Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
✔ Bank Transfer (only for specific services)
Deposit must be made at time of booking to confirm retreat spots. Your reservation for a retreat, course, or service is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Final amount of payment for retreats is due no less than 30 days prior to the retreat. Failure to pay in full results in forfeit of your deposit and retreat spot.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Widerrufsrecht & Rückerstattungen)
A. Retreats & Events
Cancellation by the Customer:
✔ 48-Hour Grace Period (if more than 60 days before the retreat): Full refund, including your deposit.
✔ 60+ days before the retreat: Refund of any payments made, minus the deposit.
✔Less than 60 days before the retreat: No refunds will be issued (including illness and emergencies)
No replacements or transfers of retreat spots/ deposits is allowed due to our careful approval process.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
*While not required, we strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance before your trip.
Cancellation by Sauna Adventures:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat or event due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, you will receive:
✔ A full refund OR
✔ The option to transfer your booking to a future event
📌 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
B. Digital Products & Online Courses
All digital products (e-books, guides, PDFs, online courses) are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
C. Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds are not available for:
❌ Failure to attend a retreat or event.
❌ Dissatisfaction based on subjective experience (e.g., “I didn’t like it”).
❌ Technical issues on your end (e.g., lost emails, incorrect downloads).
❌ Medical Emergencies or Illness
❌ Unexpected Travel Issues on your part
5. Customer Responsibilities (Pflichten des Kunden)
By using our services, you agree to:
✔ Provide accurate and complete booking information.
✔ Follow safety guidelines at our retreats and events.
✔ Respect local laws and cultural norms during travel experiences.
📌 Customers who violate safety rules or disrupt events may be asked to leave without a refund.
6. Limitation of Liability (Haftungsbeschränkung)
We are not responsible for:
✔ Personal injury, accidents, or illnesses during our retreats or events.
✔ Loss or theft of personal belongings.
✔ Travel disruptions, such as flight cancellations or visa issues.
📌 Customers participate in retreats and experiences at their own risk. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
7. Intellectual Property Rights (Urheberrecht & geistiges Eigentum)
All content on SaunaAdventures.com, including texts, images, course materials, and guides, is protected under copyright law.
✔ You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.
✔ Purchased materials are for personal use only and may not be resold or shared.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction (Anwendbares Recht & Gerichtsstand)
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany (Bundesrepublik Deutschland).
✔ Any legal disputes arising from this agreement shall be exclusively settled in a court in Germany.
✔ If you are an EU resident, EU consumer protection laws apply to your use of our services.
